Return Policy

Due to the fact that all our products are custom made one of a kind items and can not be resold to anyone else, our policy is to replace within the same production timeline as the original order. We do require digital pictures of damage and an e-mail with written explanation of damage. Please send to production@cruiseplaques.com

Shipping damage:

Please examine your model IMMEDIATELY upon delivery.

All products are shipped by UPS and are protected by their damage policies. Any damages that are a result of mishandling will be claimed through UPS by Cruise Plaques. If package arrives obviously damaged call the attention of courier. We will also require digital pictures.
